Unpaid business invoices, recovered.
We pursue past-due commercial accounts owed by businesses in all 50 states. Same-day demand, persistent negotiation, and escalation to local counsel when a debtor refuses to pay and you authorize it.
- No recovery, no fee
- Rates from 10%
- Same-day first contact
- Debtors pay you directly
Why speed matters
Every month an invoice waits, it gets harder to collect.
A 90-day-old invoice is still about 74% collectible. At one year, only 27% is. The best time to place an account is before it goes quiet.
How it works
A disciplined process, from demand to judgment.
- Placement. Submit the debtor and invoices online, by CSV, or from your aging report.
- Same-day demand. Entity verification, lien and bankruptcy search, then written demand and a call.
- Negotiation. Payment in full or a signed plan. Settlements need your approval.
- Legal escalation. A written recommendation with costs before anything is filed.

Frequently asked questions
What is a commercial collection agency?
A commercial collection agency recovers unpaid invoices owed by one business to another. Unlike consumer collectors, it works with company decision-makers, business contracts and commercial remedies such as liens, bond claims and lawsuits against entities.
How much do you charge?
Our contingency fee starts at 10% on balances over $500,000 and depends on the size of the balance, from 10% to 30%. Every rate is published on our pricing page. You pay nothing if we collect nothing.
How quickly will you start?
We verify the debtor and send the first demand the same business day the account is placed, followed by a call.
When do I get my money?
Immediately: the debtor pays your own bank account directly. We invoice our fee after you've been paid.
Do you work in my state?
We collect from business debtors across the United States, working with vetted local attorneys when a claim needs to go to court.
